Creating your account

Getting started with Vendor Space takes less than a minute. There are no long forms, no credit card required, and no commitment -- just sign up and start organizing.


How to Sign Up

  1. Visit vendorspace.ioarrow-up-right and click Start for free

  2. Enter your email address and choose a password (must be at least 8 characters)

  3. Enter your organization name -- this is the name vendors will see when they interact with your events

  4. Click Create Account

You'll be redirected to your dashboard right away, ready to set up your first event.


What You Should Know

  • No credit card required. Vendor Space is free to use. You're only charged a small transaction fee when you collect a payment from a vendor.

  • One account per organization. Your account represents your organization, so pick a name that matches your business or event brand.

  • You can update your details later. Organization name, email, and other profile settings can all be changed from the Settings page after you sign up.

Tip: Use an email address you check regularly. Vendor Space sends important notifications there, like when a vendor submits an application or completes a payment.


What Happens Next

Once you're in, you'll land on your Dashboard. From there, you can:

  • Create your first event and start adding products like booth spaces, add-ons, and sponsorships

  • Connect your Stripe account so you can start collecting payments directly to your bank

  • Explore the sidebar to see everything Vendor Space has to offer
